An approved account form is required prior to any rental including all COD orders.
A deposit is required on all COD orders. Deposits will be in the form of a major credit card, an approved company check, cash or cashier's check. Deposits will be returned upon the return of complete order. Deposits may not be returned if order is returned incomplete, damaged or late.
First time rentals are COD, unless being shipped. If shipped, order must be prepaid. A credit form must be completed and approved before any order or show is to go out. If credit is established,
AV2Go's credit terms are Net 30. American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards are also accepted. Prices are F.O.B. and rental charges may not be applied towards purchases.
All equipment is offered for inspection and test, at or prior to time of rental.
AV2Go does not guarantee, assume responsibility for, or make any representations for the performance of any equipment. All equipment is thoroughly inspected and calibrated by our
Quality Control and Service departments. If for any reason a piece of equipment does not perform to the manufacturers specifications, immediate notification must be made either to our office or to one of our on-call staff to avoid full charge.
Renter shall provide at their own cost and expense insurance, protection and maintenance of rented equipment. Rental equipment shall be returned in the same condition and in good order as when received. In the event the equipment is destroyed, lost, stolen, damaged or missing, the renter shall be liable to
AV2Go for the full replacement and/or repair. Worldwide shipping is available, but regardless of the choice of freight carrier by
AV2Go or you, you will be responsible for the equipment during transportation. No allowances will be made for any reason that the equipment was not used. A 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and/or change orders to avoid additional fees.
Weekly (7days) rates are billed at (3) day rate.
Monthly rates are billed at (12) days rate.
Weekend rates (1 and 1/2) times daily rate applies to select equipment.
Day rentals may be picked up after 3:00 p.m. the prior rental day and returned by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
Rental rates do not include shipping, delivery or set up. Additional charges may apply if the order requires the warehouse to be opened outside of regular business hours.

Houston office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. On call assistance available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
